Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic will take on Zenit Saint Petersburg in the Europa League this week.

Russian Premier League club Zenit will take on Scottish Premiership side Celtic in the round of 32 in the Europa League this season.
The first leg of the tie will be held at Celtic Park in Glasgow on Thursday evening, and ahead of the game, former Manchester City boss Mancini believes that Dembele will be Celtic’s main threat against his Zenit team, and has stated that he likes him.

Mancini told Herald Scotland about Dembele: “I like him as a player. I knew about him when he was at Fulham.
“He’s still young, but he’s a good player. He still needs to improve, but he will. I expect him to be Celtic’s main threat on Thursday.”

Key player
Dembele is one of the best young strikers in Europe, and although the former Fulham youngster has not been in great form for Celtic so far this season, the 21-year-old has the ability to turn on the style.
Supremely gifted and with a keen eye for goal, the France Under-21 international will be determined to showcase his quality on Thursday evening.
The striker is not an easy player to mark, and one should not be surprised if he does score a goal or two against Zenit if he starts this week.
