West Ham United had plenty of ups and downs this season.

West Ham ace Robert Snodgrass sat down for an interview with the club’s official website, and responded when asked to sum up the season in just three words.
The Hammers ended the 2018/19 campaign in 10th spot in the Premier League bale, and despite experiencing some problems, that will surely be viewed as a respectable finish, considering how many injuries Manuel Pellegrini had to contend with.
West Ham will undoubtedly be looking for vast improvements next season, and a top seven finish will surely be their target for the 2019/20 campaign.
Pellegrini will have to strengthen his squad accordingly, however, in order to make that happen, and they must be a lot more switched on from the start than they were this term.
Snodgrass highlighted how much better this season was than last, however, when speaking exclusively to the club’s official website:

“A lot better!”
It could be argued that Pellegrini actually needs to bolster every department of his West Ham squad this summer, but whether the club’s board are prepared to back him sufficiently remains to be seen.
