West Ham United winger Robert Snodgrass has responded to Josh Cullen’s post on Instagram following the midfielder’s departure from the London club.
As announced on West Ham’s official website earlier this week, Cullen has left West Ham and joined Anderlecht on a permanent contract.
It was stated that the 24-year-old moved to Belgium ‘in search of regular first-team football’.
The Hammers have thanked the Republic of Ireland international midfielder ‘for his professionalism, commitment and hard work over the last 15 years’.
Cullen had been on the books of West Ham since 2005, but he could not establish himself in the Hammers’ first team.
During his time at the London club, the 24-year-old was on loan at Bradford City, Bolton Wanderers and Charlton Athletic.

The Republic of Ireland international midfielder has taken to Instagram to send a heartfelt farewell message to West Ham, and Snodgrass has responded to his post.
The 33-year-old former Leeds United and Norwich City winger himself has been at West Ham since 2017 and will be out of contract at the Premier League club in the summer of 2021, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
Snodgrass responded: “Good luck pal enjoy your next chapter x.”
