Hull City have won their first two matches of the new league campaign.

Gary Lineker looks to have set a trend.

The popular Match of the Day host kept his promise that he would present the first week of the show in his pants if Leicester City won the Premier League.

Though, Robbie Savage seems keen to upstage Lineker and go one step further.

During a Q&A Savage held on Twitter on Wednesday morning, the Welshman went all out, saying he would strip naked live on TV if Hull City followed up Leicester’s success by winning the league this time round.

It sounds a pretty safe bet but, then again, so did Lineker’s.

The Tigers currently sit third in the table after successive wins over the champions and Swansea City, after many predicted the club could be close to being the worst team in Premier League history.

It’s no surprise that was many people’s prediction, as a craft of injuries and a lack of new signings saw them start the season with only 13 available first-teamers.

Caretaker boss Mike Phelan has done brilliantly, stepping in for Steve Bruce, who quit in frustration at the owners’ lack of drive in all departments.

A great start could very well turn into a great struggle, and the state Hull find themselves in, this would go down as a greater miracle than the one which guided Claudio Ranieri’s side all the way.

Savage will be hoping that won’t be the case, like many others after his frightening tweet.
