Robbie Savage predicts Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Liverpool to finish in the top four of the Premier League this season.

Back in August 2016, former Leicester City and Derby County midfielder Robbie Savage predicted in The Mirror that Tottenham Hotspur will not finish in the top four of the Premier League this season.
Savage backed Manchester United to become the champions, and Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea to claim the final Champions League places.
Tottenham were to finish fifth, ahead of their North London rivals Arsenal, predicted the former Wales international midfielder.
With just weeks remaining in the 2016-17 Premier League campaign, Savage has given his final prediction regarding the top four in The Mirror.
Like most observers, the Welshman has predicted Chelsea to win the title this season. Savage believes that Tottenham will end up second, ahead of Manchester City and Liverpool (click here to read his column in full).
Manchester United and Arsenal will finish fifth and sixth respectively, according to Savage.
“At last, after 22 years, Spurs will finish above Arsenal – by a distance – and shake off last year’s nightmare finish, when they managed to come third in a two-horse race for the title,” Savage wrote about Tottenham.
“Even if they win the FA Cup, Arsenal’s lowest points total under Arsene Wenger would surely be a mandate for change,” Savage wrote about Arsenal.
“His spell of delivering Champions League football to the Gunners every season is about to be broken. I’m not even certain that Everton won’t overtake them on the run-in.”
It seems that while Savage is sticking to his prediction about Arsenal, he has changed his tune about Tottenham.
