Robbie Savage predicts Liverpool and not Manchester United to win the Premier League title this season.
Former Leicester City midfielder Robbie Savage has predicted in The Mirror that Liverpool will win the Premier League title this season.
Liverpool are in great form at the moment and are currently at the top of the league table.
The Reds have picked up 26 points from 11 matches so far this season, one more than second-placed Chelsea have.
Manchester City are currently third, while North London duo Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are fourth and fifth respectively.
Just before the 2016-17 Premier League campaign, Savage predicted Manchester United to win the title in The Mirror.
The former Wales international defender backed Liverpool to finish third and Chelsea to end up fourth.

“Back in August, I tipped Klopp to lead the Liver bird back into the top four, but now I actually believe they can win the title this season,” Savage wrote in The Mirror. “Of course, we are only 11 games in and there is a long way to go.
“Manchester City have played some exotic stuff under Pep Guardiola and Arsenal are unbeaten since losing to Liverpool on the opening weekend.
“But the Reds’ high-pressing, high-tempo, high-scoring, high-octane football under Klopp is the one to watch.”

Liverpool have been superb to watch so far this season, and it seems that Jurgen Klopp’s side have found some consistency as well.
There is a long way to go this season, and Jose Mourinho’s United could easily pick up momentum and go top of the table after a while.
Chelsea, Manchester City and Arsenal are very much in the running for the league title, and so are Tottenham.
