Alfredo Morelos is an important player for Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers.

Morelos is one of the best strikers in the Scottish Premiership and is a key figure in the current Rangers team.
The 22-year-old Colombia international has scored 17 goals and provided four assists in the Scottish Premiership for Rangers so far this season, according to BBC Sport.
The youngster, though, has disciplinary issues and is currently serving a four-match suspension for elbowing Celtic midfielder Scott Brown during the Old Firm derby at Celtic Park last month.
Given Morelos’s quality and calibre, there could be bids for the young and promising striker in the summer transfer window, but former Liverpool striker Fowler has suggested that his ex-Anfield teammate Gerrard should keep hold of Morelos.

Meanwhile, former Hibernian and Heart of Midlothian midfielder Michael Stewart has suggested that Morelos is worth £5 million.
Fowler said about Morelos on the Saturday Morning Savage show on BT Sport 1 this past Saturday morning (11:39am, April 6, 2019): I think you keep him, I think you keep him, only simply because he can help you get to that next level.”
Stewart said on BT Sport regarding Morelos: “There has been that many, it’s not just an isolated incident, there are so many problems that have come up over the course of the season, potential suitors will be looking at and thinking, ‘Right, we are going to take a gamble. We are not going to pay the top dollar’. I don’t know. £5m, something like that. I just don’t see anybody going to spend £10m+.”
