Former Liverpool and Leeds United striker Robbie Fowler has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his admiration of Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
Fowler was impressed with Ramsey’s performance for Wales against Belgium in the quarter-finals of Euro 2016 on Friday evening.
The Arsenal star started the game at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy in Villeneuve-d’Ascq and played until injury time, as Wales staged a stunning 3-1 comeback victory.

Former Liverpool and Leeds striker Fowler has suggested on Twitter that Ramsey has been the best player at the 2016 European Championship so far.

Ramsey, who will miss Wales’s semi-final tie against Portugal due to suspension, has been superb at the Euro 2016 finals so far.
The 25-year-old midfielder took two shots, had a pass accuracy of 86%, created six chances, put in seven crosses, attempted three dribbles and made one block against Belgium.
The former Cardiff City man has scored one goal and created 15 chances in five matches for Wales at the 2016 European Championship in France so far.
Ramsey has a pass accuracy of 82% and a shot accuracy of 83%, and has won three headers, seven dribbles and seven tackles.
