The Reds are currently fifth in the table with ten points from five games.

Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler has told the Sunday Mirror that it would be daft to rule out his old side as Premier League title contenders this season.
The Reds have enjoyed a solid start to the campaign and currently sit fifth in the table with ten points from their first five games.
They have got there with impressive performances against the big sides, beating Arsenal, Leicester City and Chelsea already, as well as drawing with Tottenham Hotspur away from home.

Many believe they could be title contenders, especially given that they do not have European football to contend with this year.
And Fowler believes it would be daft to say they are out of it, although the Reds will have to find their consistency if they are to challenge.
“You would be daft to say Liverpool can’t challenge the top clubs this year, especially because they don’t have the distraction of Europe,” he told the Sunday Mirror.
“The key for Liverpool is consistency. We saw a master class at Stamford Bridge on Friday night. But can they produce it against the teams who’ll dog it out against them? Can they reproduce it every week?”

If Liverpool are to challenge for the title they will have to improve vastly in the defensive department.
So far they have conceded eight goals, the joint fourth-worst record in the league alongside the likes of Sunderland and Burnley.
Both of those sides are currently at the wrong end of the table and the Reds must improve in that department quickly.
Otherwise it could end up costing them, as it did under Brendan Rodgers in the 2013/14 season.
