Romelu Lukaku has left Everton for Manchester United in the summer transfer window.
United have signed Belgium international Lukaku from Premier League rivals Everton in the summer transfer window.
The 24-year-old striker has signed a five-year contract with the Red Devils, who have had to pay the Toffees a transfer fee of £75 million, according to BBC Sport.
Liverpool legend Fowler has given his take on the former Chelsea striker joining United to work with his former Blues manager Jose Mourinho.

The former England international striker, who is now 42 years of age, has also admitted that Lukaku making the switch to Old Trafford is not good news for Liverpool fans.
Fowler has claimed that selling the Belgian will allow Everton to invest the money in the transfer market and sign more players.
“I think in many ways he’s an upgrade on Ibrahimovic,” Fowler wrote about Lukaku in The Mirror. “Zlatan got goals, but United didn’t get that energetic young eager performer who would run at defenders, run in behind and take the threat to opponents.
“Lukaku will do that when he’s in the mood, and that will improve United this season…though not too much I hope!”
“Speaking as Liverpool supporter it’s not great news,” added Fowler. “For me, all the signs are this will improve United, and if you’re an Everton fan, you’ll see have an improved squad with the chance now to go out and get even more players. That will excite their fans I’m sure.”
Liverpool finished fourth in the Premier League last season and will be aiming to progress to the group stage of the 2017-18 Champions League campaign.
The Reds have signed winger Mohamed Salah from AS Roma and forward Dominic Solanke on a free transfer so far this summer.
