The Reds have in recent months been heavily linked with a move for the Borussia Dortmund midfielder. With reports suggesting that Liverpool could attempt to sign Bellingham in 2023.
The 18-year-old star is one of the Bundesliga’s best midfielders. With Dortmund signing the youngster from Birmingham City in 2020 for a reported fee of £25m. Yet he has missed out on the Golden Boy to Pedri.
Indeed, competition for the award this year was tight. However, Pedri winning the Golden Boy seems to make sense, with the teenager becoming a key player for both Barcelona and Spain this year.

However, Liverpool supporters are not happy about the announcement. With fans feeling that Bellingham deserved to win the award over Pedri given his form in 2021 and links to the Reds.
