Rob Holding has taken to Instagram to send a five-word message to his Arsenal teammate Calum Chambers following last night’s Papa John’s Trophy win over Gillingham.
The former Southampton defender played alongside William Saliba for the Arsenal Under-21 side yesterday, winning on penalties after it finished 1-1 in normal time.
Following the win, Chambers wrote: ‘The rehab road continues! Pleased to get 45 minutes under my belt tonight 💪🏼’
To which Holding replied: ‘Things you love to see’
The £16 million man has been struggling with his fitness since suffering cruciate ligament damage against Chelsea back in December, and hasn’t played a single minute of first-team football this season.
Fortunately, he is on the mend and was able to play 45 minutes of last night’s victory, coming through unscathed.

Chambers faces a real struggle to make Mikel Arteta’s starting XI, even when he does return to full fitness.
The Spaniard is well-stocked in the centre-back department, with the likes of Gabriel, Holding, David Luiz, Pablo Mari and Shkodran Mustafi to choose from.
However, Chambers deserves a chance to pick up where he left off before his ill-timed injury.

The England international was one of the most impressive performers under Arteta before suffering ligament damage.
The 25-year-old managed to make 14 Premier League appearances last term before his injury, with 13 of those coming as starts.
Hopefully, Chambers can remain injury-free and continue to build up the strength in his knee without suffering any setbacks.
