Stoke City are thought to be very keen on the Galatasaray midfielder with both clubs close to reaching an agreement.

Stoke City have ended their interest in New York City’s Jack Harrison, 21, with the youngster looking likely to join Middlesbrough according to the Stoke Sentinel.
The Potters were thought to be extremely keen to bring the England under-21 international back to his home-town club, however, complications over agreeing on a transfer fee have put the club off the deal.
There has even been rumours that Harrison may join Manchester City, New York City’s parent club, on a permanent deal and be loaned back out to Middlesbrough.

Manager Paul Lambert is thought to be willing to revisit the potential deal in the summer, should Harrison still remain available.
Either way, the club have turned their attention to focus on Galatasaray midfielder Badou Ndiaye, 27.

Ideally, Lambert would like to have the player available ahead of Wednesday night’s clash against Watford at 8:00pm.
The Senegalese midfielder has made 17 appearances for the Turkish giants this season, netting one goal.
If Stoke land Ndiaye, he will become the third arrival of the January window after Moritz Bauer and Stafylidis.
