The Spanish international re-signed for his boyhood club ahead of this season and has made 17 appearances for the Catalonian giants, scoring two goals.
He returns to England for a third stint having made played 62 games for Everton across two periods.
Deulofeu becomes the first signing of new Hornets boss Javi Garcia’s tenure and the Spanish coach will be hoping to make the most of his compatriot’s talents in the latter half of the season.
