The English-born Ghanaian midfielder is Aston Villa’s top scorer this season with 14 goals.

Aston Villa fans will be pleased to hear that Albert Adomah will likely make a return to action this weekend as Villa play host to QPR on Saturday. And Jack Grealish is nearing full fitness – and could be available as early as Tuesday.
The influential duo have been restricted to the sidelines for three weeks after picking up injuries. Grealish has been out with a calf strain, whilst Adomah has been battling against a hamstring problem.
Adomah, 30, has been Aston Villa’s standout player this season and is the club’s top scorer so far with 14 strikes from midfield. His presence in the middle of the park has been missed in Villa’s recent games against Preston North End and Fulham (although the team did well without him in that comeback win against Wednesday last time out).
During their absence the Villans have lost grip of their second place spot, and now find themselves in third, four points behind Cardiff City. Still well in the frame for promotion, the return of Grealish and Adomah will only serve as a sizeable boost to Steve Bruce’s squad as they approach the last 12 league games of the season.
Two winnable games against QPR and Sunderland are set to take place before the Villans come up against high-flyers Wolves.
In typical fashion, Villa fans took to Twitter to express their feelings over news of Adomah and Grealish’s return:
