Mauricio Pochettino reportedly wants to bring Riqui Puig to Tottenham Hotspur in January.

According to the Sunday Mirror (December 16, page 65), Tottenham Hotspur are looking to sign Barcelona’s Riqui Puig in January, and if he does join then Mauricio Pochettino’s midfield line-up could be set for the next decade.
Tottenham are looking to shake up their midfield, with Puig potentially coming in.
Spurs are seemingly set to let go of Victor Wanyama and Mousa Dembele in the near future, and if Puig comes in then Pochettino could have his midfield set for the next decade.
Tottenham have started to offer chances to Oliver Skipp of late, while Harry Winks has made the breakthrough to being a regular starter now.

And if Spurs could have Puig, Winks and Skipp competing for their places in midfield, then Pochettino’s side’s future would look very bright.
Winks and Skipp appear to have the potential to turn into superstars at Spurs, while 19-year-old Puig is also touted as a star of tomorrow.
And if Tottenham did have the trio all in place, then their midfield could start taking shape for the years ahead.
