Tottenham Hotspur will be aiming to win the EFL Cup final against Manchester City on Sunday.
Ryan Mason will be in charge of Tottenham for the game, with the Englishman having replaced Jose Mourinho as the manager of the team earlier this week.
City will head into the final at Wembley Stadium in London as favourites. After all, manager Pep Guardiola has arguably the best and strongest side in the Premier League, and his team are having a wonderful season.
Moreover, England international striker Harry Kane has injury problems. Mason has said that he is still hopeful that the 27-year-old will recover from his ankle issue, and without him, it is going to be extremely tough for the North London club.
There is yet more bad news for Spurs fans. Guardiola has said that striker Sergio Aguero and midfielder Kevin De Bruyne have returned to training.
Goal.com quoted Guardiola as saying on Friday: “Both Sergio and Kevin trained today. Today was [Sergio’s] first training session for two weeks. Tomorrow is the last training session and then we’ll decide.”

Some Tottenham fans have given their take on the news that Aguero and De Bruyne could feature in the EFL Cup final.
