Marcus Browne joined Oxford United on loan from West Ham United in the summer transfer window.

Rio Ferdinand has sent a message to West Ham United-owned Oxford United attacking midfielder Marcus Browne on Twitter.
Browne has been playing well for Oxford since his move from Premier League club West Ham in the summer transfer window.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder has scored four goals and provided four assists in 16 League One appearances for The U’s so far this season, according to Transfermarkt.com.
The youngster has revealed to The Oxford Mail that he has been receiving advice from former West Ham central defender Ferdinand, who has also sent the 20-year-old a message on Twitter.

Promising prospect
Browne is a very talented and promising young attacking midfielder, and the 20-year-old is doing well for Oxford in League One.
A strong and successful loan spell in League One is going to set up the attacking midfielder nicely for next season when he will be aiming to break into the West Ham first team.
It is going to be hard for the youngster to make an impact at West Ham, but he can only try and give his best.
