Harry Kane played well for Tottenham Hotspur against Real Madrid in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has suggested on social networking site Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane deserves a pay-rise.
The former United and Leeds United star made the claim following Tottenham’s draw with Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.
Kane did not score in the match, but the England international striker played well and gave a good account of himself.

Former England international defender Ferdinand has suggested on Twitter that Spurs fans should demand club chairman Daniel Levy to pay Kane more money.

Kane is one of the best strikers in the Premier League and is a key figure in the current Tottenham side.
Given his performances and consistency over the past three or so years, one should not be surprised if some of Europe’s biggest clubs come calling for him in the coming years.
The 24-year-old, though, seems happy at Spurs at the moment, and the fans should not too worried about losing their star player.
