Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Sviatchenko against Linfield on Friday evening; they are not happy and want Rodgers to sign a new centre-back.
Sviatchenko joined Scottish Premiership giants Celtic from Danish side FC Midtjylland in January 2016 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £1.5 million when Ronny Deila was in charge, but the Denmark international is not guaranteed a place in Rodgers’s starting lineup.
