The Manchester United loanee has only made nine starts for Crystal Palace.

Manchester United fans want Timothy Fosu-Mensah recalled early from his loan spell at Crystal Palace.
Fosu-Mensah has only started nine games for Palace all season and was again left out of Roy Hodgson’s starting 11 for Thursday’s 3-2 defeat against Arsenal, although he replaced Martin Kelly with 10 minutes remaining.

And several United supporters feel the Dutchman would be better off back at Old Trafford, with some believing he is a better option than current Red Devils’ full-backs Matteo Darmian and Daley Blind.
Here’s what they are saying on Twitter…
But Manchester United fans aren’t the only ones bemused by Fosu-Mensah’s situation, especially after Martin Kelly’s perceived poor show for Palace against the Gunners.
And several Eagles supporters are keen to see the teenager start Sunday’s game against Manchester City.
Fosu-Mensah broke into Manchester United’s side under Louis van Gaal and made 21 first team appearances before his move to Crystal Palace.
The Ajax academy product is due to spend the rest of the season at Selhurst Park, but could return to Old Trafford in January if all three parties agree to an early termination.
