Michail Antonio has stated that it’s ‘ridiculous’ that Jurgen Klopp’s future is being questioned at Liverpool given their poor performances this season.
The West Ham United striker was told that some Liverpool fans feel that Klopp should be sacked and he just added that it’s ‘ludicrous’ to question his future given what he has done for the club.
Prior to Klopp’s arrival, the Reds were heading towards near-on three decades without winning the Premier League title, then Klopp changed it all.

Not only did he secure the Premier League title for the Merseyside giants, but he also secured Champions League glory in Madrid and a number of domestic honours.
Whenever Klopp calls it a day, he will go down as a club legend at Anfield, and in truth, he should be able to call his own future.
Nonetheless, this is what Antonio had to say about Klopp and those questioning the German coach, as he told The Footballer’s Football Podcast.
“Wow,” said Antonio. “That is ridiculous. You can’t. That’s ludicrous. Getting rid of him would just be stupidity. He won the Premier League with Liverpool.
“At the end of the day, so many managers have been there and they haven’t done it.”

MUCH-NEEDED WIN FOR LIVERPOOL
Since the return of domestic action after the World Cup, not many teams have had it tougher than Liverpool, who have produced a number of abject performances.
But, on Tuesday night, they eased those pressures by booking their ticket to the next round of the FA Cup.
A much-needed 1-0 win over Wolves was registered, as well as a clean sheet, which would do the whole squad and the defensive backline the world of good.
