Richarlison urges £73m ‘world class’ striker to sign for Everton

Richarlison has urged Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku on Twitter to join Everton.

The Brazil International forward made the comment while responding to praise from former Everton striker Lukaku.

The 27-year-old Belgium international striker – who cost Inter £73 million in transfer fee in the summer of 2019, according to Sky Sports – has stated on Twitter that Richarlison is “good”.

The 23-year-old former Watford forward has responded by urging Lukaku to return to Everton.

Successful Everton spell

Lukaku – who was described as “world class” by Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola in April 2018, as quoted in The Manchester Evening News – had a loan spell at Everton during the 2013-14 campaign and made the move from Chelsea permanent in the summer of 2014.

The Belgian was very successful at the Toffees and earned a move to Manchester United in 2017.

So far this season, Lukaku has made 24 starts and one substitute appearance in Serie A for Inter, scoring 17 goals and providing two assists in the process, according to WhoScored.

The former United striker has also scored two goals and provided one assist in two Europa League matches, and has scored two goals and provided two assists in five Champions League games for the Bianconeri so far this campaign, according to WhoScored.
