Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin has started just five Premier League matches this season.

Calvert-Lewin was given a rare start for Everton last weekend, as Silva’s side took on Manchester City.
The Toffees were beaten 3-1 in the contest, with Calvert-Lewin scoring Everton’s goal in the match.
And Richarlison only had high praise for the England youth international, who led the line well.
“Marco Silva trusts the players and we really trust in him,” Richarlison said. “There has to be some rotation given tiredness, the amount of games in December – it is busy.
“We need some respite, but that creates opportunities for other players to go on the field and send a message. [Strength in depth] is essential for the team.
“Dom is a great player and helps out loads up front. He holds up the ball really well and scores goals.
“He is still very young so there is room to develop. But I think he will be really important in helping us out for the rest of the season.”

Calvert-Lewin’s inclusion in Everton’s starting line-up allowed Richarlison to start in a wider role than he has been in recent weeks.
Richarlison has been leading the line for Everton for much of his time with the Toffees, and although he has performed brilliantly, he is more comfortable in a deeper role.
Calvert-Lewin could now retain his place in Everton’s starting line-up for the coming weeks, as Silva’s men are short of options up-front.
Calvert-Lewin has only started five times all season so far, and may well be hoping for a run of games over the busy Christmas period.
