The former West Brom midfielder has suggested the Baggies sign an ex-Wolves player on Bournemouth’s books.

Former West Bromwich Albion midfielder Richard Sneekes has suggested the ideal signing for the Baggies.
The only problem is, he’s played for their fierce local rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers.
West Brom are thought to be in the market for a new striker this summer, after the sales of Rickie Lambert and Saido Berahino left Salomon Rondon as their only recognised centre-forward.
Among those linked so far is Bournemouth’s Benik Afobe – and Sneekes, discussing areas in which the Baggies need to recruit this summer, told BBC West Midlands: “A good striker – Benik Afobe would probably suit them, [he] would be in their price range, he’s English.”
Afobe shone for Wolves in the 12 months preceding January 2016, scoring 23 goals in 48 games to earn an £11 million move to Bournemouth.

However, the 24-year-old has found Premier League life far tougher, with only eight goals arriving in 41 outings and could find his place under threat should the Cherries decide to strengthen this summer.
Afobe, who was born in London but pledged his international allegiance to the Democratic Republic of Congo recently, is under contract until 2020 at Dean Court.
