Aston Villa are looking for a new manager following the dismissal of Roberto Di Matteo.
Well-known sports presenter Richard Keys has suggested on his website that Aston Villa should appoint Steve Bruce as their new manager.

Former Manchester United defender Bruce is without a managerial job at the moment, having left Premier League club Hull City in the summer.
Former Sky Sports presenter Keys believes that the ex- Birmingham City and Sunderland boss should get the managerial job at Villa Park.
“Not only do I think he’d be the right choice, I have no doubts that he would get them up – almost certainly this season,” Keys wrote about Bruce on his website.
“Bruce knows the league. He knows what’s required to get out of it and he inspires people. For too long now Villa have been an unhappy ship. Bruce would get people smiling again.”
Former Rangers and Queens Park Rangers midfielder Ray Wilkins has also backed Bruce for the Aston Villa managerial job.
The former Villa assistant manager believes that Bruce has the credentials to be in charge of the Villans.
“Steve is probably the favourite,” Wilkins told talkSPORT. “Whether that goes down well with a few Villa supporters having managed Birmingham, I don’t know. But Steve has the credentials to go in there and do a very good job.
“Brucey would be the one that jumps out at the moment. He is not working and he has been in this situation before where he has managed to get teams to perform small miracles.”
Bruce is a very good manager who knows the Championship inside out. However, one should ask whether the former Birmingham defender would be interested in the managerial job at Villa.
After all, Bruce resigned from his position at Hull in the summer after guiding them back to the Premier League.
