Everton remain in the hunt for a new manager.

Richard Keys has written on his blog that Everton could have got Sam Allardyce had they committed to hiring him.
Everton have been without a manager for almost a month as a flurry of names find themselves linked with replacing Ronald Koeman at Goodison Park.
Allardyce was one of those names but the veteran manager, who has managed plenty of Premier League clubs, revealed last week that the Toffees’ indecision had put him off the idea of going to Goodison Park.

The Merseysiders were rebuffed by Watford in their attempts to speak to Marco Silva, while Allardyce’s name was being touted for the position.
Another man linked with the job is Sean Dyche, whose Burnley side have defied expectations so far this season as the Clarets sit seventh in the Premier League, behind Liverpool and Arsenal on goal difference.
And Keys believes that Dyche is ideal, but claims that the former West Ham and Blackburn boss was there for the taking.
“Two men who fit the bill better are Sam Allardyce and Sean Dyche. I’m sure Big Sam would’ve taken it had Everton committed to him. I just don’t think he fancied another ‘rescue’ job,” he wrote in his blog.

“As for Dyche- what more has he got to do to get a big job? Look where his team are – seventh on 22 points, the same as Liverpool and Arsenal – and just one behind United. Right now Burnley are the ‘best of the rest’.
“Dyche has ‘built’ something at Turf Moor. He’s got them out of the Championship twice. It’s hard enough to do that once. He’s stabilised the club. He’s working out of a brand new training facility which he persuaded them to build and he’s one of very few to operate on.”
Silva remains favourite for the position, with Paddy Power offering odds of 8/11.
David Unsworth has been in charge on an interim basis since Koeman’s sacking, though the former Everton player has won just one of his five games in charge.
