Richard Keys compares Everton midfielder Fabian Delph, signed from Manchester City, to Liverpool star James Milner.

The former Sky Sports presenter has also stated that Delph, who started his professional club football career at Leeds United and also played for Aston Villa, is Liverpool’s James Milner.
Milner, who can operate as a midfielder, winger or full-back, has been on the books of Liverpool since 2015 when he joined after leaving Premier League rivals City.
Delph, who is a midfielder by trade but operated as a left-back on occasions during his time at City under manager Pep Guardiola, joined Everton from the Citizens in the summer transfer window on a three-year contract for a fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £10 million.
Keys wrote about Delph on his website: “Second on my list of ‘top buys’ is Fabian Delph. What a steal. Ten million for someone with his kind of experience? It’s robbery.
“He’s Everton’s James Milner. Again – like Luiz and Milner – a top pro. He’s got a great attitude to playing and winning. Like the other two – he’s got vast experience.
“Like the other two he can play in a variety of positions. And although he’s 29 – in terms of ‘game miles’ he’s nowhere near that. A terrific buy.”

Good signing for Everton?
Delph is a very good midfielder with extensive experience in the Premier League, and the former Leeds and Villa star will make Everton better in the middle of the park.
