Manchester City’s Joe Hart is reportedly wanted by West Ham United in the summer transfer window.
Hart has been linked with a move from City to Premier League rivals West Ham in the summer transfer window.
According to BBC Sport, the England international goalkeeper will undergo a medical at the London club on Monday before joining Slaven Bilic’s side on a season-long loan deal.
Dunne is a former City teammate of Hart, and the 37-year-old ex-Republic of Ireland international centre-back has explained how the 30-year-old could revive his career at West Ham.

Hart is a good goalkeeper and knows the Premier League inside out, and him moving to West Ham on a season-long loan deal would be good for him.
The Englishman spent the 2016-17 campaign on loan at Torino, but the 30-year-old made a number of mistakes and did not have a great time in Serie A.
