Rhys Williams has stated on Instagram that Curtis Jones is ‘flying’ right now after Liverpool’s 2-1 win over West Ham United on Wednesday night.
Before April, Curtis Jones had started only one Premier League game under Jurgen Klopp and that was Liverpool’s 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest.
But, in recent weeks, the 22-year-old has started his side’s last five games, supplying one assist in the process.

Things have started to turn into a positive for Jones after a season of struggle, not just for his team, but for himself.
It’s bad enough watching your team put in abject performance after abject performance, especially on the road, but when you can’t even get into that XI, then somehow it’s worse.
But, during these crunch moments of the season, Liverpool are starting to show something, with Rhys Williams telling Jones in the comments section of his IG post: ‘He’s flying the boy’, whilst Fabinho added: ‘Player’.
CAN LIVERPOOL GET CHAMPIONS LEAGUE?
For large parts of the season, Liverpool fans have worried that they will miss out on Champions League football for the next campaign.
Matters were made worse when they were knocked out of the Champions League by Real Madrid.
But during these past few weeks, they are starting to climb, whilst they have to probably win all their remaining games to have a chance, the fact that they have a chance is a positive.
