Jamie Carragher and Chris Coleman told Monday Night Football on Sky Sports that Leeds United winger Jack Harrison has been a ‘revelation’.
The former Wales boss claimed that no other players runs more than the on-loan Leeds player without the ball.
Harrison was on the scoresheet last night, as Leeds recorded a comfortable 2-0 win against Crystal Palace to move into the top ten in the Premier League.
And the Manchester City loanee caught the eye of both Carragher and Coleman in the Sky studios.
“This man has been a revelation this season, Jack Harrison,” said Carragher.
Coleman added: “Yes, superb. Great strike. He gets into some great positions, Jack Harrison. He obviously plays out wide. But he is constantly running inside.
“His movement is excellent. He gets a little bit of luck with the deflection. But it’s intent. He always looking to get a shot away. He’s full of running. And he’s full of confidence.
“If you watch his movement, when Leeds are in possession, and when he hasn’t got the ball. He probably does as much running as any other player in the Premier League, without the ball. He’s constantly running in-behind.
“If you are a fullback playing with Jack Harrison, he would be an absolute joy to play with.”

It will be interesting to see if Harrison is pushed into Manchester City’s first-team fold given that he is still on their books.
The versatile attacker initially moved to Leeds on-loan in 2018 and there is no doubt that he is 10x the player that first walked through those doors at Elland Road.
Given Harrison’s importance to this Leeds team, there’s no doubt that the fans would want him to sign on the dotted line permanently, but if Pep Guardiola has other ideas then he may just break a few hearts in Yorkshire.
