Tottenham supporters are fuming with Daniel Levy after he failed to apologise to supporters despite the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool being ‘sorry’ for their actions over the European Super League.

On Tuesday night, English football descended into chaos as statement after statement was released with all of the so-called top-six pulling out of the now-disgraced ESL.

Arsenal fronted up straightaway and stated ‘we made a mistake’ and ‘we apologies for it’, whilst the current Premier League champions, Liverpool, saw their own owner, John W Henry, offer a video apology to the fans.

But nothing of that sort from Levy, and Spurs fans aren’t happy about it.

Whilst both Arsenal and Liverpool’s apologies aren’t exactly being welcomed with open arms, at least there is that acknowledgement there.

This ESL fiasco has opened the eyes of many supporters and it has resulted in a number of Tottenham fans now wanting to see the back of Levy and owner Joe Lewis.

And whilst Spurs fans feel that way about those in charge of their club, the same feeling is being expressed at Anfield, the Emirates and Old Trafford.

In truth, even if Levy does apologise to supporters, it’s not going to be enough and the fans are now demanding for him to leave.

Ed Woodward has stepped down at Manchester United, so it just shows that the big heads can roll.
