According to The Mirror, Brentford are planning to hold crisis talks with winger Said Benrahma over his on-off move to West Ham United.
Sky Sports (23:47) report that Benrahma will hold talks with Brentford today in order to try and hash out his future.
Benrahma wants a Premier League move, and West Ham have allegedly agreed a deal worth up to £30million, but it may now go down to the wire.
Benrahma allegedly feels that Brentford have broken a promise to let him go, and rather than undergo a West Ham medical today as planned, he will instead hold crunch talks with the Bees.
The Algerian returns from international duty today, so this looks to be the big day for West Ham in their attempts to bring Benrahma to East London.
The Mirror intriguingly claim that West Ham stars are ‘bemused’ by the club targeting another winger rather than a striker to support Michail Antonio.

David Moyes allegedly prefers a deal for Bournemouth’s Josh King, given that the Norwegian can play as a striker as well as being able to play out wide.
Benrahma, 25, is one of the most skilful players in the Championship, and dazzled last season with 17 goals and nine assists in 43 league outings last season.
He predominantly plays as a left-sided a winger, a role where West Ham have lost Felipe Anderson, so moving for Benrahma does make some sense, whilst the Hammers do also have Sebastien Haller up top.
