The Turkish international has been in fine form this season, but Spurs will need to cough up in order to sign him.

Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with the signature of talented Turkish winger Cengiz Under this week.
It was reported by The Sun this week that Spurs had agreed an £8 million fee with his club Basaksehir for his signing and that Spurs will be beating Manchester United to his acquisition.
Cue some excited Spurs fans, considering the talent the 19-year-old possesses.

However, some reports in Turkey are now suggesting that any deal for the teenage winger is far from done.
TurksVoetbal is reporting that multiple Turkish media are suggesting that Spurs will not be getting the player if £8 million is the fee they aim to pay. The Istanbul club want a figure between 12 and 15 million euros for the player, £10.4m-£13m in British sterling.

It would therefore seem an agreement over a fee is still some way off and Tottenham have a way to go before they can feel a deal for the 19-year-old is truly on the cards.
Under has played 31 games this season for his club, scoring seven times. He also made his senior international debut for Turkey and has since gone on to score his first goal for his nation against Moldova in March.
