According to the Glasgow Evening Times, Celtic are tracking Cherno More striker Martin Minchev ahead of a possible summer move.
Minchev, 19, has emerged as one of the top young talents in Bulgarian football, and Celtic seemingly have him on their radar for whenever the transfer window can actually open.
Having come up through the Cherno More ranks, Minchev has now played 74 games for his side, whilst his record of six goals in 21 games this season isn’t too shabby.
Primarily a winger who can also play up front, Minchev may look to follow in the footsteps of fellow Bulgarian Stiliyan Petrov by making the move to Celtic.
However, recent reports from Calciomercato in Italy claim that Torino want to sign Minchev too, having scouted around the world for bargain youngsters.

Minchev fits that bill, as he has a release clause in his contract worth just €1.5million (£1.3million), which will certainly make him appealing to clubs around Europe.
The teenager may be spoilt for choice if Celtic and Torino are battling for his signature, and the Bhoys may feel that they can have an upper hand by offering European football.
