West Ham United forward Marko Arnautovic is reportedly wanted back at Inter Milan.

According to Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, Inter Milan held a meeting on Wednesday to discuss a potential move to re-sign West Ham United forward Marko Arnautovic.
Arnautovic, 29, joined West Ham in a club-record deal from Stoke City last summer, and whilst he struggled to hit top form under Slaven Bilic, replacement David Moyes certainly for the best out of the Austrian forward.
Arnautovic ended the season with 11 goals and six assists in 31 outings, becoming a West Ham fan favourite by the end of the season – but that now appears to have sparked interest.

Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Inter Milan have held a meeting in order to discuss a move to re-sign Arnautovic this summer, with the player’s brother – who is also his agent – allegedly in attendance.

The former Werder Bremen man spent the 2009-10 season on loan at Inter, but was sent back to FC Twente after just three appearances as he struggled under Jose Mourinho.
Now, it’s noted that a move back to the San Siro has been proposed, but would ‘only take place under certain conditions’, which could involve a swap deal for Joao Mario.

Sky Italia’s live coverage on Wednesday evening, and as noted on Football-Italia, suggested that Inter may want Arnautovic in a swap deal for Mario, who spent the second half of last season on loan with West Ham.
Arnautovic has become a talismanic figure for this West Ham team, and whilst Mario would be a solid signing for the Hammers, there should be no way that they entertain exchanging Arnautovic for the Portuguese midfielder this summer, especially in a straight swap deal.
