Tottenham Hotspur fancy signing Dean Henderson but other goalkeepers are ahead of him in their transfer wish list.
That’s according to transfer insider Dean Jones, who has been speaking to Give Me Sport about Tottenham’s plans.
Jones claims that Henderson has ‘no obvious future’ at Manchester United and could be sold once his Nottingham Forest loan ends.
It’s added that Tottenham have been looking at Henderson in recent times but he isn’t the main target right now.
Other goalkeepers appear to be ahead of Henderson in Tottenham’s transfer plans as things stand.
Porto stopper Diogo Costa is thought to be a prime target and Tottenham could go for him instead of Henderson.

Dean Henderson needs to leave Manchester United
Rumours linking Henderson to Tottenham have been prominent of late.
Football London claimed in February that Tottenham are interested in signing Henderson this summer.
Henderson was suggested as one of a number of goalkeepers on Fabio Paratici’s wish list.
The 25-year-old would have made some sense as a homegrown goalkeeper that Tottenham can develop over the coming years.
However, it seems that Tottenham prefer other goalkeepers as they seek to find the heir to Hugo Lloris between the sticks.
Tottenham may not end up being Henderson’s destination this summer but he still needs to leave Old Trafford.
Henderson is on loan at Forest this season but it’s clear that he has little to no chance of becoming United’s first-choice stopper.
Hailed as ‘exceptional’ during his time at Sheffield United, it’s clear that Henderson needs to playing regularly somewhere.
Premier League clubs should be queueing up for Henderson this summer, and we can’t rule out Tottenham ending up going for Henderson if they can’t land other targets.
