Newcastle United have made a new offer for Chelsea talent Lewis Hall having already failed with a couple of offers.
Chelsea have rebuffed multiple bids from Newcastle United for Lewis Hall but a new offer is already on the table.
That is according to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, who claims that Newcastle are working on a deal to bring Hall to St James’ Park.
It’s stated that Chelsea have rejected a number of offers from Newcastle as they only really want to loan Hall out this summer and had a suitable deal with Crystal Palace on the table.
Newcastle seem to be chasing a permanent deal though, or at least a loan-to-buy deal – and Hall wants to be sold to Newcastle.
Hall is attracted by the idea of playing in the Champions League under Eddie Howe and he even grew up as a Newcastle fan.
Chelsea are demanding around £35million for Hall, with a ‘new offer in’ from Newcastle as they look to secure a deal.

Who is Newcastle United target Lewis Hall?
Hall was born in Slough and joined the Chelsea ranks as a kid having previously played for a kids team in Berkshire.
Hall has made his way up in the Chelsea setup and ironically made his Premier League debut against Newcastle last season.
The 18-year-old has now played 12 times for the Chelsea first team and has been a regular for England through the age groups.
Hall can play as a left back, left wing back, left midfield or in central midfield if needed, showing the kind of versatility Eddie Howe may love.

You may wonder just how a kid from Slough ends up supporting Newcastle.
Well, brother Connor – a striker with non-league side Solihull Moors – has explained the situation to The Chronicle.
Hall’s brother noted that their father Colin is a Newcastle fan so they both followed suit and they have supported the Magpies for years.
Newcastle are now offering Hall a dream move to Tyneside – but Chelsea so far appear to be standing firm.
