West Ham should consider signing Tottenham’s Michel Vorm
West Ham manager Slaven Bilic
West Ham have a number of positions to try and improve this summer, and goalkeeper is one of them.
Adrian appears likely to leave, The Sun report, and a number of goalkeepers from Jordan Pickford to Wojciech Szczesny have been linked.
One option they should consider who could be on the market currently belongs to their rivals Tottenham Hotspur, and that is Michel Vorm.
Vorm may be second choice at Spurs, but that is no knock on his ability – merely a nod to the quality of Hugo Lloris.
Tottenham’s Michel Vorm warms up
Vorm made his name in England with Swansea City where he was first choice and impressed greatly, earning international call ups from Holland.
He gambled joining Spurs believing Lloris would move on, but this move has backfired.

Even though he is second fiddle to Lloris, Vorm remains involved with the Dutch national squad, and at 33-years-old has plenty left in him.
His age would be a concern, and he wouldn’t be a long term option for West Ham, but he would be an improvement on their current options and would not cost a lot.
The Evening Standard report Spurs are likely to sell him this summer, with Espanyol’s Pau Lopez likely to replace him after spending last season on loan with the club.
Vorm has plenty more to offer and is good enough to be first choice in the Premier League. West Ham should make a move to let him prove it.
