Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City have been linked with Wilfried Zaha of Crystal Palace in the summer of 2018.
Wilfried Zaha has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur, but it seems that the Crystal Palace winger has been blown away by Manchester City.
The former Manchester United winger was impressed with the performance of Pep Guardiola’s side during their 3-0 victory over Arsenal away from home at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League.
The 25-year-old winger, who is wanted by Tottenham in the summer of 2018 and earns £100,000 per week as salary at Palace according to The Mirror, posted the following message on social networking site Twitter during the match.
Interestingly, Zaha has also been linked with City as well, with The Mirror claiming that the Citizens are keen on the winger and have made enquiries about him.
The 25-year-old would struggle to get into the current City team, but perhaps his evident admiration of the way Guardiola’s side are playing could give the Citizens an edge over Tottenham.
The former United winger would have a better chance of playing regularly for Spurs next season, but maybe, just maybe, the lure of working with Guardiola could prove irresistible for Zaha.
