Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Manchester United are all reportedly interested in signing the PSV Eindhoven winger.

The agent of PSV Eindhoven ace Steven Bergwijn Fulco van Kooperen sat down for an exclusive interview with Dutch media outlet Eindhovens Dagblad, and insisted that his client will leave the club this summer, if he so chooses, amidst links to Liverpool, Tottenham and Manchester United.
Dutch publication De Telegraaf reported last summer that the Reds, Spurs and United are all interested in signing the 21-year-old winger.
The Sun suggests that he could be available for somewhere in the region of £30 million this summer, and that would surely prove to be excellent business for whichever club wins the race for his signature.
Liverpool, Tottenham and Manchester United could all do with a player like Bergwijn, who has chalked up 15 goals and 13 assists in 40 games this season, but can they make it happen this summer? The player’s agent certainly thinks so.
Fulco van Kooperen told Eindhovens Dagblad that the 21-year-old will choose where he wants to go this summer, if he opts to leave PSV:

“If you are selling a house, I don’t think you say no to a buyer in advance. It is not the case that PSV will determine where Steven will be going this summer. He will choose the club if he wants a transfer. PSV will have to find an agreement with the club where Steven would like to go.”
Bergwijn’s agent’s comments will be music to Tottenham’s, Liverpool’s and Manchester United’s ears, and should any of them make a concrete move for the Holland international this summer, they will surely be able to get their man.
