Glasgow Rangers manager Steven Gerrard reportedly wants former Gers striker Kyle Lafferty at Ibrox.

Ibrox club Rangers have seen their initial offer of £200,000 for Lafferty turned down by Scottish Premiership rivals Hearts, claims the report.
The Scottish Sun has reported that the the Northern Ireland international forward is keen on returning to Rangers this summer.
The report has also claimed that Steven Gerrard’s Rangers are unwilling to increase their offer for the time being.
Increasing the offer
One can understand why Hearts have reportedly turned down Rangers’ initial offer of £200,000 for Lafferty.
The 30-year-old forward played well last season, and he is worth much more than what the Gers are reportedly claimed to be willing to pay.

Rangers do need a proven goalscorer, and with Lafferty having already played for the Gers with success from 2008 until 2012, the 30-year-old would be able to make an instant impact at the Gers and help them push Old Firm rivals Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title this season.
