Lille could be willing to accept a cut-price fee of around £23 million for Boubakary Soumare this summer, with the Liverpool target seeing his transfer value fall substantially during the ongoing global health crisis, according to Le10 Sport.
PSG have certainly dropped the ball when it comes to keeping the most exciting talents in French football at the Parc des Princes. As is often the case when a club has money to burn, the talent bubbling beneath the surface can go unnoticed and unappreciated.

These days, the France U21 star is one of the most highly-rated and widely coveted midfielders on the market.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have held talks with Soumare, according to Sport, with the club who turned Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Andy Robertson into world-class stars obviously seeing something special in an all-action enforcer likened across the Channel to Paul Pogba.
Before the worldwide health crisis turned the market upside down, Soumare was valued at a cool £50 million. These days, Le10 Sport suggests that Lille could be willing to listen to offers for around half that amount.
