Kingsley Coman left PSG due to a lack of first-team opportunities and, if rumours are to be believed, Presnel Kimpembe could do the same.

PSG centre-back Presnel Kimpembe has admitted to Onze Mondial that he is frustrated with the lack of first-team opportunities afforded to young players at the Parc des Princes.
The 21-year-old is one of the few homegrown talents to be given the chance to impress for the Ligue 1 champions in recent years, with the likes of dynamic midfielder Adrien Rabiot (below) and talented goalkeeper Alphonse Areola far outnumbered by PSG’s collection of expensive imports.

And Kimpembe, who is reportedly interesting Chelsea and Liverpool after breaking through at the French giants last season, has suggested that the club could give more support to their up-and-coming youngsters.
“Honestly, I do not know too much [about the youth promotion process at PSG],” Kimpembe told Onze Mondial. “However, it may be that those who work with the younger players could give them more of a push. Let’s skip this question.”
The talented defender formed a close bond with winger Kingsley Coman (below) in the capital club’s youth system and admitted that it hurt to see his fellow Frenchman forced to leave the club in search of regular game time.

Coman has since evolved into one of the most exciting talents in European football at Bayern Munich, thriving in the freedom afforded to him by Pep Guardiola.
And, although Kimpembe conformed to Onze Mondial that he is not yet considering following in his friend’s footsteps, he is yet to agree on a contract renewal following a number of unsuccessful meetings with Sporting Director Patrick Kluivert (below).

Despite a number of excellent performances in the early stages of the current campaign, Kimpembe was left out of Unai Emery’s matchday squad for their recent win against Bordeaux.
