According to The Daily Mail, Juventus are open to selling Aaron Ramsey, with Liverpool and Everton reportedly interested in the midfielder.
It has been reported by The Daily Mail that Juventus are open to offers for the former Arsenal star.
The report has added that the problem is that the Wales international is on a weekly salary of £400,000, and that could prove prohibitive for prospective buyers.
Merseyside rivals Liverpool and Everton both have been linked with the 29-year-old Welshman.
TMW reported in April that Liverpool (and Chelsea) are interested in the former Arsenal star, while 90min claimed in March that Carlo Ancelotti wants to bring him to Everton.
Too expensive?
Ramsey has had injury problems this season, but the Wales international remains a very good midfielder who knows the Premier League inside out.
However, the 29-year-old’s reported weekly salary of £400,000 does appear to be too much, especially amid the current economic uncertainly caused by the global health crisis.
True, the Welshman would make the Everton midfield better and would give Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp another good option in the middle of the park, but paying £400,000 a week for a 29-year-old who has had injury problems is a risk.
