Reported Leeds United summer target Brahim Diaz was in action for Manchester City against Fulham on Thursday.

Back in June 2018, The Sun reported that Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa wanted to sign Brahim Diaz on loan from Manchester City.
Nothing materialised in the summer transfer widow, and Diaz is still at City, and on Thursday evening, the 19-year-old midfielder showed just why Leeds head coach Bielsa reportedly wanted him.
The Spain Under-21 international midfielder was the star of the show for City in their 2-0 win against Fulham at the Etihad Stadium in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
The 19-year-old – who earns £8,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – scored both goals for Pep Guardiola’s side, first in the 18th minute and then on 65 minutes.

The teenager has played a handful of first-team managers for City, and his performances have been very encouraging.
While Leeds are doing quite well without Diaz, a player of his talent and quality would have been an asset for the Whites, who are aiming to finish in the top two of the Championship this season.
