The Poland international was linked with a move to Leeds United during the summer.

Reported Leeds United target Bartosz Salamon has revealed to Polska Times that he would consider leaving Italian football in the future.
The 26-year-old defender was linked with a move to Leeds back in July (as reported by Calcio Casteddu) but the Bologna man joined SPAL on a season-long loan.
The Serie A new boys are doing okay in Italy’s top flight and the Poland international, whose agent is Mino Raiola, has started and finished six of their seven games thus far.

The former AC Milan centre-back – who never played a league game for the Rossoneri – has been in Italian football since the age of 16 when Brescia signed him from Polish outfit Lech Poznan.
“For the time being I do not know. I have been living in this country for 10 years and I am very good. But I see how our country is changing for the better,” he told Polska Times when asked if he’d consider a change of scenery.
“But where will I be in 10 years? Maybe in the meantime I will change the country. We will see where I will finish my career.”

Leeds could certainly do with a centre-back of Salamon’s calibre at the moment, the 6’5 powerhouse boasting nine caps for Poland.
Pontus Jansson and Liam Cooper are a superb combination in the middle of United’s defence but through injury and suspension they seem to be playing together less and less.
The Yorkshire side went six games without conceding a goal earlier in the Championship campaign and so much of that was down to the duo.
