While Ben Woodburn is not yet ready for a starting role at Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp must work to keep the starlet happy with a good loan move.
And Wales Online believe that Woodburn is the German club’s priority, with the 17-year-old impressing for the Reds in pre-season and scoring against Athletic Bilbao on Saturday.

Woodburn became Liverpool’s youngest ever goalscorer last season and, despite his fledgling years, received a senior Wales call-up in March.
While Jurgen Klopp would be keen not to lose Woodburn and offered the player minutes in pre-season, he must know there will be limited first team opportunities this term, with Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino, Philippe Coutinho, Mo Salah, Daniel Sturridge and others already locked in a battle for attacking roles.
And so a loan move makes the most sense for both Liverpool and Woodburn as it allows him to continue his development.
Rather than drop into the Championship, a switch to an elite league on the continent – such as the Bundesliga – would also allow Woodburn to test himself against the very best before returning to mount another challenge on Klopp’s side.
