Marseille’s Ligue 1 outcast Clinton Njie reportedly wants to return to England amid interest from The Cottagers and The Clarets.

Former Tottenham Hotspur attacker Clinton Njie wants to return to the Premier League before the end of the January transfer window, according to France Football.
The Cameroon international is expected to leave Marseille this month after making just two Ligue 1 starts all season for under-fire manager Rudi Garcia.
France Football reports that Njie has been in talks over a loan move to Besiktas but it is understood that he has his heart set on a second chance in English football – or a money-spinning move to China or Saudi Arabia.
Earlier in the month, it seemed that there was a lot of interest from Premier League clubs with The Mail claiming that Fulham, Burnley, Cardiff City and Newcastle United were all interested in signing the 25-year-old speedster.

Newcastle may be out of the race now with Miguel Almiron set to complete his big-money move to St James’. But relegation threatened Cardiff, Fulham and Burnley are still in need of attacking reinforcements with goals in relative short supply, although The Cottagers and The Clarets impressed in the final third on Tuesday night.
Tottenham paid £12 million to sign Njie in 2015 (The Guardian), though he failed to score a goal in 10 Premier League appearances.
