West Ham United and Burnley reportedly want to sign Craig Dawson from West Bromwich Albion in the summer transfer window.

According to The Mirror (Transfer Live blog, 16:53pm, Thursday, July 5, 2018), Craig Dawson is training on his own at West Bromwich Albion, and perhaps this is a sign that the reported West Ham United and Burnley target will leave The Hawthorns.
It has been reported by The Mirror (Transfer Live blog, 16:53pm, Thursday, July 5, 2018) that Dawson is training on his own at West Brom, who will play in the Championship next season after getting relegated from the Premier League.

The report has also claimed that the 28-year-old defender handed in a transfer request at the Baggies this week following bids from Premier League duo West Ham and Burnley.

Encouragement for West Ham United and Burnley
It seems that Dawson does not want to play for West Brom anymore, and the signs are that he will be at another club for the 2018-19 campaign.

Both West Ham and Burnley could do with Dawson in their team, and maybe in the coming weeks a decision will be made on the future of the former Rochdale defender.
The Hammers and the Clarets, though, will not find it cheap to sign Dawson, as West Brom want £20m for him, according to The Daily Mail.
